UnikSong ("we", "us") operates this website. This policy explains what we collect when you use it, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you create a song or place an order, we collect the details you enter: the recipient's name, relationship, genre and voice preferences, qualities, memories, message, language, your email address, and optionally your phone number. If you order the Song Keepsake Player, we also receive the shipping address you enter at checkout. Payments are processed by Whop and its payment providers; we do not store card details.

We also receive standard technical data such as browser type, device, pages visited and the ad or link that brought you here, through our own analytics, the Whop pixel and the Meta pixel.

How we use it

We use your answers to write and produce your custom song, to email the finished listening link, to ship physical items, to process payment and refunds, to measure our advertising, and to reply when you contact us at contact@uniksong.co.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers that help us run the service (Whop for checkout, Supabase for hosting our database, Vercel for hosting the site, Meta for ad measurement, and partners who help produce, deliver or ship your order under our instruction).

How long we keep it

Order and song brief details are kept as long as needed to fulfill the order, honor revisions or refunds, and meet legal or accounting requirements.

Cookies

The site uses cookies and local storage to remember your answers and cart, and analytics and advertising pixels to understand which ads work.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold, subject to legal limits. Email contact@uniksong.co.

Children

The site is intended for adults buying gifts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
